Anyone else playing Project Powder right now?

the landing booster charge may or may not be enough to regain ground but the chances of someone doing it is low. also i guess what it really does is make you jump but in one spot so you lose a lot of ground.

I started using my Ores to make gems.

You put them into the cubes you buy at the magic shop and then you can socket them into your items. And you can only put the same type of ore into a cube at the same time. Once you put 3 Ores (of any quality), you press 'Magic' and then the little square will move around until it stops on one of them gem qualities (Flawless, Normal, Chipped) and that's the gem quality that will pop out D: So the more flawless gems you put in the cube, the higher the chance you'll get a nice one.

Then you just drag them gem into an item in your inventory and then it will give it some + stats depending on the gem.

@Ralath, the snowflake thing makes them jump into the air and usually allows people behind them to take the lead. They don't think to try to do tricks and those who do usually fall flat on their face because you're not up long.

But if you get a landing booster charge.... o.o

That's why I don't battle. xD

You could, but landing booster only works for like, what, 1 second? That's not enough to catch up because the land booster time lasts a bit shorter than the time you're up in the air. Might as well get and booster from proper jumps.

Freezing in the air on the same spot and then getting land booster is a bit risky imo. It's doable of course, but is it worth it and can it really be used to catch up? I rather be jumping in the air and moving forward at the same time, then getting a land booster.

If you watch the meter thing on the right you can see where the snowflake is and judge when to let go.
