Apparently (gathered from my forum observations)

Teva has the cheapest T3 Vit scrolls (6-6.5s compare to 9s from other servers)

Teva enhancer charge about 2g to get things to +9, other servers charge 4-5g...

i think there's ups and there' downs....

I used to play on Apoline and blues were (from what I noticed) +2g cheaper than those of E, J, or T. They buy all of something for a cheap price, then sell for (in some cases) 10x more. Epith doesn't really have people like that, and Bijou or Apoline don't have it nearly as bad as Teva. Scrolls aren't a rare, one-of-a-kind item like the blues or really rare items are. Teva has been around longest, so it would make sense for scrolls (and mats) to be more common (cheaper). One of them was even screened saying they manipulate the prices, which isn't allowed.

I've never seen anyone charge more than Seva for enhancing... (I <3 Seva btw)

yeah ok.. well.. i think rare stuff are overrated so i guess i never looked into them LOL!!

but i've never seen anything that charges LESS than seva...

^SERIOUSLY?! I suck. D: I thought 1-2g was expensive... I guess I only remembered Seva's price. Used to seem really high... But I've never actually gotten 1g before. =]

I used to charge 150-250s for +9ing a T2 item, btw. xD Still only got one customer though... Why buy something for 200s when you can get it for 5x that?! ;]

yeah well i remember going through the Enhancer list on Outspark forum market place and Seva had the cheapest price there... (not that he replied my PM when i asked him to enhance an axe for me...)

150s-250s for a +9! you spend about $25 getting somethign to +9, so... you get 10s for each $1... that doesnt sound very appealing unless u're a millionaire XD
