They could try and limit amount of shouts per minute. Or something of that sort.

Of course it's easy to get to level - and that is only for people who are actually experienced with MMORPG type of games.

Think about it. There are people out there who probably never played these type of games before, and Fiesta could be their first game. Not letting them talk when they really need the help? That's mean to them. If I started playing a game in which I'm clueless in, and finds out that I can't even talk to get some help, I'd stop playing that game instantly.

Like I said before, why punish and torture those who didn't even do anything? >_>" Yes, we have enough noobs and such, but we can also lose valuable players.

New players that walk into roumen thats filled with Bot spammers will get a VERY BAD impression and leave...
If anything its dementing the growth of the playerbase as well as the economy.

Like someone already stated, when they go to talk have a message pop up that says "You must be level 3 to talk". It may annoy some players but it will pretty much kill off the normal chat gold spammers and they've already taken care of the shout chat gold spammers. Besides, who cares if we lose a few players? The ration of good to bad players is like 1:10.

Well, since it's so easy to get to level three, I'm sure the bots can get to level three rather easily themselves and then continue spamming anyway.

Its easy to ge to level six but you don't see any of them doing that, now do you? So i'm pretty sure its safe to say they won't. Otherwise they need to add an ignore feature. Which actually should've been the first thing they ever added to the game.

I'd say that if they really implemented that no talking till level 3 function, they might actually go and level it. They're not levelling to 6 because they still have a way to advertise via normal chat box. Of course, I could be wrong. I guess it all depends on how desperate they are.

OT: Imo, the patch was bad. When I make scrolls now, I have to sit and watch this level 1 spam normal chat at 2x the speed about some obscure gold farming site.

And their grammar was (is?) terrible.
