That's been in the wiki for quite a while. (I think o-o)

I might also remember that the Ring of Isya was the rarer one and that the ring of Uruga was on par of rarity with the roumen and elderine, so not that rare. Got them mixed up.

Probably used on leechers. When used, it will cause the leecher's speakers to beep loudly and alert the player that he/she is leeching.
