Ohh... did that in Yoga class. I have to be careful though cause I can feel myself drifting off right before class starts. Helps with sleep most definitely; just relaxing your body and letting it sink into the mattress.
Used to also do it before and after karate practice. Sometimes my sensei would like to go longer than usual and that's when everything turns white. You get to forget everything that went on during the day and really concentrate in practice.
