I don't wear heels but I'm pretty sure heels are for the looks. If heel has got anything to do with health, it would be bad for it. Heard about some woman got some bone problem in her foot because she wore heels too much.

What made you get the idea about weight balance though? lolol

Actually, I think heels would cause the loss of weight balance more than resolve any weight balance issues... HAHA.

Long term use of high heels can cause foot problems. I wore them once for a play...eesh. I know they define a woman's calves, but they should be listed as torture devices.

I don't get it. I once wore them for 24 hours (yes, even in bed) for a bet, and it wasn't bad/uncomfortable. Takes a while to get used to tho, but nothing bad happened.

I hardly ever wear heels. Last time I did it must've been.. at least 6yrs ago. >_>

I don't mind them. I never needed my mother to tell me to be careful in them or anything. I find it easy to walk in them and I don't really get uncomfortable unless its really HIGH heels that make your food go like.. vertical D:
