It's time consuming, but become a Merchant. Start working on production skills.
Considering how hard it is to find a Tier2 Vitality production skill scroll, Tier1 Vital scrolls sell for around 200-225c. It only costs like 60-80c to make one, so you net a lot.
I'm a Scroll-Maker by profession on my lvl 25 WizMage. I'll spend around ~6s to buy up all of the materials I need (opening up a store.) And then spend maybe 10min to make the scrolls, reopen the store to Sell my scrolls and when they're all gone, I've made around 20-22s. I can do this about twice a day (on weekends. Otherwise, I can do it at night [buy mats], then I wake up, make scrolls, and open the store before I go to class.)
It is time consuming though, but it's a way to make lots of money without ever leaving Elderine though. I do sometimes go PowerLevel my Wizard on lower level critters just because they drop the Scroll materials I need (like Little Lizardmen for Summoned Beast Leather (as it's the most-expensive to buy at 20-25c each. Everything else is 6-10c.)
Other than that, from what I've heard from most people, just get to level 30 and all of the drops you get go up into the good price ranges (like 25-30s items.) You do a KQ and some other stuff, then all of a sudden, you've got 50s.
Everyone I've talked to says 20-30 is the roughest of the levels because 1-19, everything you need to buy costs 500c or less... once you hit 20, it starts at like 2s and goes up, and you need like 3x as much stuff for 2s and up... but at 30-59, all of the good drops come from the KQ's and medium to high-quality materials drop, which all sell to NPCs for 100c or more, so you start racking up 50s each... makes life easier and you are a lot richer.
Anyways, that's all I can say for ya.
