Sometimes, but our guild is worldwide, so 2 of them are in the US (the #2 and 3 mages) and party more together than the others. The others are more likely to party with some of their friends that don't play as much from different areas. Not sure about how much exp from 109 - 110, but have heard it is near 2 billion. It's over 550 million to go from 102 (where I am) to 103. Having to grind 80% of it at the moment.
