No, because of the 2nd clue, the house number across the street. WE don't know what the house number is of the house across the street is, so the 2nd clue didn't really help us. However, the census guy can definitely see the house number, so the 2nd clue SHOULD help him, unless the house number is 13, because there are 2 ways of adding up to 13 (out of all the possible number sets whose product is 36). So then the 3rd clue is necessary to determine the correct set between [1 6 6] and [2 2 9]
