when I quit it was like the first week was real tough for me physical addiction (smoked for like 6 years 2 packs a day) then the second week was like all mental addiction like man this is when a smoke really felt good. Then the third week was like why the heck did I smoke in the first place. I quit smoking 10 years ago when my daughter was born.

Might not always work. It wouldn't work with me if I wanted you to quit and you wouldn't. Short term - I dun likez the smell of smoker breath or the smell that lingers on their clothes. Long term -- I have no desire to nurse and care for someone dying from emphysema or lung cancer.
And, think of the bright side, - once you are past a certain point things you eat taste better and things you smell smell better (you think Kathleen smells good when you hug her? Once the remnants of smoking are gone she will smell better because your sense of smell will improve).
