But bleeding and illness both have the same effect, (dealing damage over time), and in the video, the illness wasnt cancelled by bone shot or lightning, and only bleeding was cancelled?

I guess its just a bug... I dont see how running a strong current through a person will heal bleeding... (dont try that in real life, the test subject will probably die)
