If only some things are tradeable, then the economy wouldn't be hurt as much.
Some things should remain priviledges to CS buyers ...
Or else it would become quite chaotic o-o

been waiting for someone to answer that too..

there doesnt seem to be any official info on CS item being tradeable...

the only way i see it now is for ppl to try and see wat is tradable =/

I think someone said on the officials that it is a glitch and that it will be fixed sometime soon (today or tomorrow--dunno where they got that information... >.>)
