Jumping while stunned

A good tip is to rest while you're stunned ...
You can't attack but you can rest, therefore eliminating some of the attacks you've been dealt while you're stunned ^^
I think you can do just about anything except for attack when stunned o___o

I'd only recommend doing this with an enemy that you can take more than a couple hits from, because you can't use pots/stones while resting. While you will regenerate a small percentage of your HP every few seconds, this won't be enough to save your life against a strong enemy.

I wonder though, if your stats change at all when resting compared to when you are fighting? It doesn't seem like it. I've seen a mob miss when I am resting... but it seems like it should be that your DEF and DEX should be slightly lower when resting rather than when fighting.
