For a fighter build, i'd concentrate entirely on STR and END. Don't put any points into SPR. And if you're going to tank then definitely put more of your points into END. If you plan to solo (which can get expensive) then you should even your stats out. Place at least 1/2 points into DEX and then maybe 1/2 points into SPR. But only if you plan to solo do you place any points into SPR. If you do plan to tank place your points mostly into END.
