Outspark has to make money, so 90 days is out of the question.
30 is fine anyway. You really want to be wearing a Santa outfit for every day until St. Patricks day?
And for weapons, they're (at least most are) permanent. I think the event Christmas ones are limited because now you can only get via event, but I'm pretty sure that once you can get CS weapons, you can buy/keep them forever.
