I have a Lumia 920 and it takes pretty good night-time shots. It just needs a little bit of light.

Obviously, it doesn't quite compare to a dedicated camera...

But the Canon 1DX is $7,000 so I guess you get what you pay for lol

A black. I use it for work so I didn't want something flashy. But I would have gotten the blue probably.

They were really cheap on contract during the holidays. Like some places, I saw they were selling for like 1 cent.

It's the phone plan I can't afford. I currently pay $25-$45 depending on my usage which is a lot cheaper then the major carriers.

US phone plans suck so bad. >_>

I believe Virgin Mobile has a decent plan for smartphones. But they have a more limited smartphone selection.

Something wrong with that photo comparison.. you shouldn't be able to compare 1D to a phone camera!!!

When I google 1D VS Lumia I have been through at least 20 blogs with those same pictures.. if it wasn't bias I expect to see other pictures...

But it looks like you can adjust shutter speed and ISO on the Lumia?! is that right?

Ok, somewhat unrelated, but I've been using Bing because you get credits on Bing that you can trade in for credit in the Windows app store by doing searches on Bing instead of Google.

Every day, they have a different photo on Bing and usually it's super relaxing, like some gorgeous landscape or scenery.

oh yeah, there are like 4 settings you can adjust?
- Scenes
- ISO
- Exposure Value
- White Balance
- Aspect Ratio

on the basic camera app itself, and then of course, there are more advanced apps you can buy.
