Technically, you can't because those hotkeys do other actions in real for examples on this laptop f9 decreases volume but you can make other tabs and use SHIFT+1 for example , but if you run out of them you have to throw away some moves which absolutely RARELY happens.(Though i don't think it ever happened)
To make things easier, no you can't use hotkeys in fiesta for moves.
but you can use it as you said for partying and those stuff
