everybody talks about saving money for armor at 30 but i thought a while ago somebody said not to waste money on armor at 30 because there's some quest you can do to get it

you get ur lvl 30 chest, lvl 34 boots and the helmet (4got wat lvl) from quest.. the only thing u need to buy for lvl 3x is ur pants and weapons
