Even without shiny armor I get asked a lot. Usually if you buff someone without them asking in a busy place, ie. Elderine at Shutian, they will see that you can buff so others will bug you.

I still enjoy giving out the random "drive by" buffs from a distance, where I can't be seen. I prefer to give them to players that are working hard, grinding out quests instead of the beggars, but I'm just not evil enough in game to ignore the beggars too.

dude just get it from paladin keast (endure) and right click on a person to use it on and there u go.
