Sharpshooters are good in pvp for their blind and disarming someone wep, very useful in guild wars.
Not much rangers can do in pvp, but cause for damage than a SharpShooter.
Both are good in pve, but rangers kills mob a bit faster since they use an xbow and sharpshooters use bows.
