There is a conflict currently between McAfee antivirus and XTrap.
Look on Fiesta forum - troubleshooting section, one of the sticky provide hints that may help you.
It did not help me however and I ended up uninstalling McAfee and installing Norton instead.
Here's the thread globule was talking about, there are about 4 different varient fixes on there, unfortunately unless your on a admin computer you may have to repeat the stages every time you want to play.
However as long as you follow the steps fiesta should correct itself.
Yup, that seems to be the problem! I disabled McAfee a few times and it loads like a champ. I'll work the various options and see what works best.
