Qiuet Title does exist. However, my friend was going for it and the server would boot her randomly, so she gave up on obtaining it. Lady-Loki also tried for it when she went out of town, but was booted also. Maybe once thier servers are more stable it will be easier to obtain.

New question? Do you get fame for getting titles? I just thought titles were titles and there was nothing really special about them. But, I read in another post about fame, that you should try to get as many titles as you can, because it increases your fame. Is that true?

Yes, you get fame.

But you have to not talk for 48 hours in the same map in order to get Silent.

I rarely talk outside of guild, party, and whisper chat, so I can't say.
