When did I even say instance means nothing? Since you like to quote, find a quote by me that even says that.
I am saying that actions can be fake and therefore cannot count as "evidence", and anything we "conclude" from it is a "guess", not by following "evidence". Like Esen said, they can be interpreted incorrectly. So when you said there is "some sort of evidence" in players' actions, you're wrong. You can never be sure about something being "evidence" in this game unless there is a special human role.
My main point is: It's pointless asking for evidence. "Give me evidence of me being a legal" is a pointless defense and isn't going to help you.
But I'm not gonna argue further since I've been repeating myself.

I also think Jik or Sec are legals. I'm not sure about Esen, but Esen is always innocent whether she's legal or not
