Change the levels for class advance/split.
The current class split has almost no actual CHANGE. A couple new skills and weapon/shield limits is nothing. Making the class split at an earlier level such as Lv. 60 seems like a better idea. It's not much of a realistic suggestion, but it seems like it would make each class more unique to it's job.
e.g. (IMO)
Up until Lv. 60, a mage will learn it's most basic set of skills: MM, FB, IB, LB, etc. At Lv. 60, a mage will choose to go Wizard or Warlock, each with their own unique set of skills that the other doesn't have.
It doesn't have to be like that. That's just a basic outline.

Changing a character's name is no different than deleting him/her and creating a new character with a new name. You only skip the deletion part. Sure, it gives an unfair advantage to claiming names but that's what SparkCash is all about, right? Unfair advantages.
Transferring servers is a bit more complicated but is completely possible with certain restrictions.
