Firefox error =0="

my firefox is fine O:
my IE is the one giving all the crashes lately

I know that whenever I have Firefox open a long time, it'll crash.

I thought Firefox had memory leaks or something like that..

Go to the tools > error console. Anything with a big red sign may be culprit. I get random crashes as well, but not very often.
