I was told one round in that bomb kills whoever sent in the vote. That makes sense with what is highlighted, not to mention it's more consistent with the way that human voting works.

I'm not complaining about being killed; I actually think it works out better this way. But I am questioning the mechanics of it.

The legals had one legal send in the votes together. Teva decided there was no point in asking.. "Who would you like me to kill?" or whatever. Did the hat maneuver and that was Teva's final decision. It makes sense, really.
