Both of them claim to be the Investigator which means that one of them must be lying. There's only 3 reasons that one of them would lie about something like this and they are:
1. One of them is a Legal who feels that they're about to be voted-off, so pull the Investigator card as a desperation-move. (most likely)
2. They're both Human and one of them is just saying they're Human to stay in the game (very unlikely)
3. This is a Xanato's Gambit (sp?) and both are Legals in a bid to get the Healer to protect one of them, sacrificing one Legal but leaving the other untouchable. (lol)
I leaned towards Kirby at first because his arguments were frankly very ineffective and seemed based on assertions with nothing backing them up. He was also the first to claim the Investigator-role, which would be a very bad thing for the real Investigator to do. The way he also claimed to be Robin is very suspicious, flat-out shouting it in bolded-text. Didn't help that he tried to pin something on people very quickly in the beginning simply because of the ''don't kill me'' thing, drawing unneeded attention to a would-be Robin.
On the other hand, a Legal claiming to be Robin wouldn't do so, so early in the round as it would take just one Human death at his suggestion for him to be tagged a legal. Legal's lives take priority to them over Human deaths.

Ralath is more suspicious to me now because in his first counter-post, he says that he investigated Pebbles and Esen, two low-risk individuals who didn't trip any sort of radar except in the first round. It was thus safe to claim that he investigated them as they were uncompromised.
Assuming he's lying, that means that Ralath is a Legal, and so possibly are Pebbles and Esen, as he claimed that they were human from his supposed investigation. This is a big assumption though.
Assuming he's telling the truth, Ralath, Pebbles and Esen are thus Human and Kirby is a Legal.
Kirby gets a little more of my confidence as a human, as he was the first to suggest that people vote for one of them and the other would thus live/die by the next round.

Slightly tainted though by both of them claiming to have investigated Pebbles and Esen and that they both say she is Human. Ralath was the first to claim this and Kirby repeated it.
