If the laptop came with a pre-installed OS, the product key should be on the bottom of the laptop.

its not a laptop though o.o and i used a different disc from the one that came with my pc cuz i couldnt find it.... T.T and the product key isnt anywhere to be found

It's not in/on the case the disk was in? Or on the disk?

And yeah, always have backups or store the stuff you value somewhere else.

and yeah i mean i saved some stuff from the last time this happend.. i have like a 140 GB drive that i plug in o.o i saved quite alot of stuff on that but like... yeah xD

whyd you have to reboot computer?
and you should have put all the files you wanted in a usb

i installed a photoshop thing that i bought for my bday (later i found out that it was a bad disk and im going to get a replacement soon) and it told me to restart windows so i did and it kept restarting :x

and theres only so much room on my harddrive xD theres not much space left..

awwwh, that sucks
i got my computer rebooted twice-_-
but it mostly affected my sister, she had alot of her flashes that she mad in adobe flash
