I would love to be able to reset the skill points and the stat points as I have screwed mine all up in the begining not knowing what the heck I was doing (first MMORPG). Maybe they could make it where you could only reset them 1 time or something like that, so you can't just keep changing them.

Yeah, I'd love it if they had some kind of empowerment stat reset.
I messed up on my cleric ... but now that I moved to Teva and studied more on archers I guess I won't mess up more. But it would be pretty cool to have an empowerment stat reset.

What I want to see is icons on the map which show where your friends and guild-mates are on that map.

friend and guildy icons would be nice.
empower resets would throw the game off (same with stat resets)
"hey, we are party grinding in uruga, wanna come?"
"oh sure, let me just reset my skill points and buff taunt, mock, and toughness"
a while later
"we are gonna GW guild X, meet in eld"
"oh sure, let me just go skill reset and buff up devastate and power hit here"
being able to change your stat or skill points to suit the situation takes a good deal of the challenge out of the game.

Which is why you make the cost for each reset go up each time you reset. Say for a reset it's 100s. No big deal, then the next time you reset.. 200s, 300s.. and so on. That or you can just make it a premium item to reset which can be bought with real money. Just ideas I'm throwing out there.

oh, i'm willing to bet money it will come out as a cash item.
I'm also willing to be money you will be able to buy mounts faster than anything you can buy in game, houses that heal faster than anything you can buy in game, various outfits, special buffs, and just about anything else you can think of to make a cash user overpowered.

This would work, or there is the way FlyFF did it. When you make your first job advancement they give you a stat point refund and a Reskill Scroll. You only get the one, but most people who mess up their points do it before level 20 so that would save a lot of grief. Then they could also allow them to be sold in the cash shop if you messed up again. I don't think that would be too bad.

That's why I said you should only be able to do it one time per character in case you made a mistake or wanted to change the way you play, so people would not be able to do what you are saying here. I agree if you could change it as many times as you want to, it would make it too easy.
