yay frill dragon's wings grew. i put those two and a third in my sig on fw but probably won't be nearly enough for the water dragon in time.

Can you lvl up the dragons by yourself?
Or is it completely dependable by other people?

Nothing like "level-up". Just the number of clicks and views. And that is dependent on others as well as you.
