Thank you for the suggestions. However, recruiting is really hard these days. Few are guildless, and when asked if they want to join, they are not interested.

I've tried recruiting before, since it was our Boss's wish, but we failed horribly. Lol. -.-

go make your own guild... if you got 300sil to spare... and you also have xtra storage to store stuff "guild storage only the master can take out, or an assigned person... or plain go join another guild... "i own 4 guild... by myself just for storage...

I've thought about that . But I've grown too attached to this one, and I'm reluctant to leave. Perhaps I'll wait a while and let my production skills grow--that way I can produce good rewards for my academy. ^^
