That's why I said you'll have to wait until the connection is fixed. It probably couldn't handle the stress and went snap somewhere.

EDIT: It's also the last hour until the game itself is up... I bet you the traffic to the site is just horrific. Accessing their forums is a pain at the moment.

If it makes you feel any better, when I was using a download manager to DL it earlier it did crash a few times and I couldn't resume...

Looks like the patch is stalling now, too. Their server might have gone boom.

It isn't exactly surprising that their server went boom... it's been highly anticipated.

Yep. Very possible. Every server needs a good stress test.

The IT guys are probably going "We're going to need a bigger boat..." while the marketing department is snorting coke and leaping for joy, which is different than the marketing department just doing the coke.

Or maybe the marketing departments I've worked with are just different than most.

^Nope. They have been blinking since the site went up.

If you leave it open it may reconnect by itself. Most download manager keep trying until a set number of times to reconnect and resume download.
