Increasing the duration of invincible (5 points) is pretty nice, I do that myself.
I never empowered my bash because I rarely kill things myself since I made myself a support cleric, but if you're partying with a fighter all the time, chances are, you are get to hit some yourself too, so.. 5 points into bash should be ok.
Save your skill points for the healpower of heal and CD of AoE heal for when you hit 60. (Yes, some/most of us have 15 points in heal).
You don't always have to use your skill points right away, it's nice to save it up and then see what you're play style is like at higher levels. That way, you would find out which skills are more useful to you and which are not.
Things not to put skill points on:
-Buffs
-Revive
-Restore
Those ones come up from the top of my head. Some people might have empowered the CD of restore or something, but I don't see the point in that (and never felt the need to).
