Eh... I have no life. So I fill that void by playing video games. That simple. Hell I even admit it to people too but usually in a jokingly manner. I honestly don't care what some incompetent buffoon over the Internet tells/calls me. I play games to have fun and to take myself out of reality. Because in all honesty, reality just sucks. The only time i'm ever happy is when i'm playing games, so why is that so wrong?
How does that make me any less of a person than you? I'm not going to go outside where I could get shot, raped, etc. I'd rather stay inside and enjoy a nice video game. Besides, these kinds of things boost your creativity (I don't have any so it doesn't affect me). I mean yeah, playing 24/7 with no sleep doing nothing but grinding or paying out your ass for stupid virtual items, is a little pathetic. To each their own.
