I'm pretty sure it's only when you're on mover. But it doesn't matter. I don't want to continually spend money on food. =.=

I have a feeling, if outspark keeps raising price
of there cs.. people are just gunna stop buying.
And this game is gunna just stop because they cant get enough
money to keep it going.
