Ice Bolt / Ice Blast

I just hit 51 too Hessah 8D

I have both on my hotkey bar, but I switched ice bolt with the place of my ice blast, but I mostly use ice blast. It seems to make the enemy slower then ice bolt, and it's a flashy skill

i was simply posting a theory based on observation... i assumed that, since ice blast took time to cast but worked a bit better, and icebolt was instant-cast, they could be used alternately. that's all.

I understand that too. Over time, however, as you progress in level, Ice Blast Will out damage Ice Bolt (Around LVL 2 Ice Blast, right now it seems like they do close to same amount of damage as LVL 8 Ice Bolt/LVL 1 Ice Blast). Instant cast is nice, but after a while the damage just isn't that good and you start not to mind the casting time as much on Ice Blast for more damage.
