I had an x-trap issue once. i don't remember exactly what it said, but it was related to internet monitoring software - I reported it and eventually with one of the patches it was resolved.
During the interim my solution was to remove the monitoring software (without telling my granddaughter that I had - needed her to stay on her toes).
