BWAHAHAHA I didn't realise how entertaining this thread was!!

I dont like any movies with Will Smith in it... they pay him too much to have resources for the content of the actual movie...

The Pursuit of Happyness was pretty good, despite starring Smith. That's a pretty spot on description, though. That happens with a lot of movies. Money is blown on acting "talent" and is skimped on writing.

I actually didn't like Pursuit of Happyness... I didn't like his idea that Happyness comes from money. It was well made, I think i enjoyed most of the movie until it hit me at the end that, he's happy because he's rich.

Maybe I've just got a different view on what happyness and quality of life is.

I don't really think it was actually the money itself that brought the happiness, it was the ability to provide a better life for his son than bouncing around homeless shelters. It brings a level of stability. That's how I viewed it, at least.

Of course, if memory serves, it was based on a true story. They didn't have a whole lot of leeway in how things happened, heh.

I didn't like Pursuit of Happyness that much either, actually.

I thought I am Legend was OK and I actually kind of want to see Hancock.
