I think a full reinstall needs to be done in order to stop that from occurring. A clean out of registry files and any ghost files left that escape the uninstall process.
But I think as it doesn't stop you from playing, it's alright to leave it. I know several people who get errors upon log out, including myself - but it shouldn't have any adverse impact on Fiesta or your system.
