I'm not sure.. I'm assuming it's for a quest you can pickup (like the other KQ quests where you need to kill X number of mobs). But I dunno where to pick up that quest yet. Nor have I tried right clicking it since I assumed that won't do anything

In the last patch, Bl~h on the fiestaonline.net page it says its a equipable item i thought, althought that was called shoulder strap :| so im not too sure, try equip it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :3

Anyways. The hammer makes me think of Mario @_@" ..Even though its not black and apparently it doesn't like continuously bash and make you go super fast.
