If you want to know if you can empower Demoralizing Hit... you should test it when you get an extra point and see if it goes towards it. IMO that's a useless empowerment and the point could be used elsewhere.
In terms of empowering scrolls that is not possible. Some people's hotkeys show that their scrolls have some sort of empowerment but that's just a graphical glitch and does not do anything.
i have done that alreddy, and it ses (damage+XX) what i was wondering is.. does that count toward the damage reduction, or is it pointless a pointless glitch? and ty for the info about scrolls
I had it empowered for a while. It actually does decrease the dmg of your enemies.
