You want a "pro" guild...basically. Heh.

You won't get that till 7x or 8x, to be honest.

If you do, consider yourself lucky. A lot of guilds don't have Vent/TS. And a lot of guilds are filled with immature people. :x Also, they may speak English but it might look like this, "i haz buff plzzzzz" which isn't really English. LOL.

EDIT: Also, I know you said it didn't need to be 18+, but even if it was it really doesn't mean anything :x There are tons of people 18+ that are very immature. And talking about inappropriate things, does not make you mature. For example, I am 14 and yeah.. I can talk about sex and all sorts of stuff without giggling and/or feeling uncomfortable, but I am immature in some ways. Or at least some times I like to be immature. Being serious 24/7 is boring :3
