Grey doesn't automatically mean no more aggro. I mean Greenkies are grey to me, but I still get aggro from them. And 1 lvl can make just the difference lol

Actually they lost their aggression towards players now. Same with the Kebings and Smart Phinos. My level 18 Cleric went past a bunch of them and none followed.

Boogies lost aggro as well I believe. I don't know NA Fiesta should be happy that after 30 levels the mobs lose aggro on you. When I played BK a level 70 would still pull aggro from Grave Robbers. The first time I saw that happen I was like o__O That person is dying...? -checks HP and sees 2k+ then sees devastate- .__.
