My least favourite typo is actually making d: and dx and :d smily faces instead of Dx and D: and smily faces.

I'm not quit sure on this one, I guess the kind that form a new word and can totally change the sentence around. Like...

Meant to say: it is cold outside.

Typing in // or ,, instead of a period because of my fat fingers and lack of coordination.

Well, I wouldnt say this would be my least fav typo, but I find it to be one of the funniest.

Mine would me typing “thinknig” instead of “thinking” or any other word ending in “ing”. I also tend to CApitalize the first two letters at the beginning of my sentences, especially if it is a two letter word such as WE.
