You relog and it should be fixed.

Depends where you get stuck.

If it was in a KQ then you are boned you need a GM to warp you out for that.

Or you wait till the next kq and just do it again. It warps you out after the completion of the next kq. I got stuck in spider a lot, it was nice because I was guaranteed a spot in the next one =D

actually the time between the finish of one KQ and the start of another is usually about 20 mins... since Spider KQ happens every hr
