MS vs R.O.S.E

I play on a private server. Its fun, but seems none of my guildies are really playing it anymore and I wanna try some other stuff. I kinda don't like how buffs seems so vital to lvling. Once you lvl with buffs from a lvl 210 cleric, you wont want to lvl with anything else.

So, is it a tight-knit community? ideal grinding? nice features?

All I know is, the ig characters are so freakin' cute!

Um..Grinding isn't too bad. Right now I'm only 60 and that didn't take very long. The private server I play on has 3x exp so that helps. It's easy at 60 but I wonder what its like at 200. I kinda thought the skills were kinda bland. And cleric buffs all look the same when being cast.

I liked the idea of going to different planets.

ROSE is 3D... So... Logically it would seem to take a better comp than a 2D game?

But it is MS after all. It defies all logic.

So, there shouldn't be a problem if I can play ROSE? I gotta try one more thing and see if that changes anything.

Tight-knit: Yupyup! Everyone is nice, coz the population is small, and their aim is to get more ppl to play, most of the older players are very nice, clerics are happy to give buffs (95% of the times)... actually.. their forum is pretty dead.. but once u're in game ppl are generally nice...

Ideal grinding: the server has 3x exp rate (they've also got a lvl server iwth 30x exp (or was it 35x?), with a buffer you will probably lvl once in 10 mins at lvl 30ish... probably 20-30 mins in lvl 50ish.. i found it fairly easy to get to lvl 70 (job change lvl) on a hawker (archer) or soldier (fighter)... muse (clerics) are slooooooow...

Nice Features: Depends on what you look for in features? There's not a lot of quest, but they have many different types of clothing (so everyone looks pretty different), the server we play on allows us to change gender, change hair style / hair colour and things...

What got me playing are trying to get certain clothes and cart... be powerful enough to level the clan (guild) in clan field... you're allowed to duel client (if your computer can handle it), so I've been lvling up a hawker and cleric together...

the common wears are quite cute ^^, I love their school uniforms...

but the ones specific to the classes are... yeah pretty ugly HAHAHA, until lvl 80+ i think..
