One of the Elites as I mentioned is in CP. Right by the BoD gate. The other 2 are hard to get to in CP, and easier to get to in SEg.
EDIT~What Loki said. Probably the Younger one, the Older one is the kinda hard one to get to [in CP] and the one by the BoD gate is the Elder one.

Nice Map Lady-Loki! Maybe that should be wikied. if your just walking into cp from eld and follow that map it goes younger, older and elder at BoD.
