Yes, reason being is that the login button is disabled until the updates are complete. The program waits until it is enabled, then logs you in.

You did exactly this:

1) Make sure that the tool and fiesta and the fiesta launcher isn't running.
2) Edit LoginSettings.ini.
3) Run the Fiesta Auto-Login.exe
4) Run your launcher.

What crashes? The tool or the launcher? Any error message? Are you on Vista? XP?

Kay, I set it up properly, but when I click the icon ' Fiesta Auto-Login ' - nothing happens. It just blinks, then nothin happens :S

NVM. Didn't realize you have to have Fiesta Login window open.
