Is it me or am i just VERY UNLUCKY enhancing weapons? I broke like 10+ Weapons trying to get +7 and when i try to get my shield up i easly get it till +8 >.<

I tried the pattern 1 and got my hammer to +3, maybe i will try to get it to +6 tomorrow, since i got a spare mace xD

there are no patterns.

i even checked it.

When u try to enchant the client sends the server

the index to the item
the index to the stone used
the indexes to the 3 "eyes"
money u want to spend(4bit)

the last of the 3eyes and the money are currently always empty, but the server already accept them. But the information, on where u placed the stone is not send to the server

Well, there's actually video of someone getting a sword to +8 through a illegal program, though that may have been in CB.

spending money on enchanting is an unused feature. Unless u hack the client in some way, u wont be able to use it.

That was in BK I think?

All items up to Tier 3 could be enhanced to +3 with no danger of breaking. Higher + though required increasing amounts of if in-game $ if you wanted to keep your item safe.

At least I think that's how it worked.
