Well... Rumor has it that... First people to cap like Casper and Sylvia on Bijou actually hacked Fiesta. There was a program where you could get into the patch that you download on your computer and change some skills.

Supposedly Casper set his magic blast to like 3 seconds and Sylvia had Devastate every 7 seconds. xD

The way it was set up is that the skills ran similiar cooldown time to other skills. So like Magic blast was set with the same cooldown as magic missle.

There was a link explaining how this was done on a different forum but you can't do it anymore and I dont suggest you try cause of X-trap.

Yes the first capped players on fiesta were players that hacked xD.

There was more proof about it on video as well but I think it got taken down.

so i think its just hat Outspark has now found "perm ban" as a solution to everything that isnt "right" kekekek

back then with that video.. either it hasnt been established yet, or it was insufficient evidence to get them banned.. (if i recall correctly, youtube videos are quite fuzzed up / poor quality...)

it was kinda obvious that those skills were casting faster then they should have. The video may have been a little bit fuzzy but you could tell if you actually cared to pay attention. It doesnt really matter now..karma's a bish.

How would you feel if you were spending money on your CS stuff, but someone next to you wasn't paying a cent? I'd be pretty ticked off. And of course they'd get in trouble. Its like shop lifting! If you're caught shop lifting, you can't expect to get away with it. Nothing in a store is legally yours until you've paid for it. He/she didn't pay for the items she got, so she got "kicked out" of the store.
